As the Managing Director of Kubota Agricultural Machinery India Private Limited, I have gained invaluable experience in leading the sales, marketing, and customer support functions of one of the largest and most trusted brands in the agricultural sector. I am responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision, mission, and goals of the company, as well as overseeing the financial, operational, and human resources aspects of the business.

I have extensive expertise in key account management, new business development, marketing communications, channel development, customer support, and logistics. My ability to integrate these skills has enabled me to drive business growth and establish a strong market presence.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders has been a crucial part of my success. I have effectively collaborated with farmers, dealers, distributors, government agencies, and industry associations to ensure smooth business operations and mutual growth.
I have successfully launched and promoted innovative, high-quality products tailored to the evolving needs of the Indian market. My focus on customer satisfaction includes ensuring timely delivery, proper installation, and exceptional after-sales service, which has helped build long-term customer loyalty.
